About the Opportunity
Are you looking for a career opportunity within a Childcare Coordination Unit . Then look no further - use your well developed skills, which focus on the delivery of quality child care, compliance with legislation and maintaining the existing high standard of the service, to provide this vital service to educators and families.
The Educator Coordinator/Playgroup Facilitator role is required to assess and support Educators (care providers), assist families to arrange suitable care for their children, monitor & support those care arrangements and prepare and deliver playgroup sessions.

About You

To be successful in this position you will need to have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher
- Working with Children Check
- Criminal Records Check
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a tactful, professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to WHS
- Drivers Licence

The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award and Parkes Shire Council's policies and conditions of employment.
The role has been evaluated as being Grade 9 within Council's salary structure and offers a competitive salary circa of up to $36.80 per hour (depending on skills and experience) plus super and salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay.
